Due to increased credit card processing fees, the 30 and 50 Flex and Private Lesson Packs will now be available for purchase via check at the standard rate or at a higher rate for online credit card transactions. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Flex Packs

Key Details

• Eligibility: These packs are for clients who wish to take group classes or private lessons and who are not enrolled in a monthly or annual group class payment program.

• Fencing Equipment: Students in group classes are required to have the designated group class equipment set. Students taking private lessons only must bring their own mask, glove, and weapon. Equipment is available for purchase below.

• Expiration: Flex packs expire 6-months from the date of purchase.

• Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for a session, please cancel any scheduled lesson at least 24 hours in advance.

• Final Sale: All packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

GROUP CLASS (PROGRAM RATES)

MONTHLY PAYMENT PROGRAMS

Key Details

• Billing Cycle: Group Class Monthly Programs renew every 28 days.

• Fencing Equipment: Students participating in group classes are required to have the designated group class equipment set. See details below. Equipment is available for purchase below.

• Discounted Private Lessons: Program members can purchase private lessons at a reduced rate.

• Enrollment & Cancellation: You may cancel your program anytime before the next billing cycle. However, re-enrollment within the same season after cancellation requires purchasing a Flex Pack.

• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All purchases are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Key Details

• Eligibility: These discounted private lesson packs are available exclusively for clients enrolled in Group Class Monthly or Annual Payment Programs.

• Expiration: All packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for a session, please cancel any scheduled lesson at least 24 hours in advance.

• Final Sale: All packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
