TMFC ACCOUNT REQUIRED

  • All new students need to create an account to sign up for programs at Tim Morehouse Fencing Club.

  • All accounts must be under the student's name and birthdate.

  • If you have multiple children, each account should be created under a different email address.

  • You can create a new account here (Click Here) or if you click to schedule or purchase items on our website it will also prompt you to create a new account.

  • If you want us to reach out to you about our programs

From Your Club Account, You Can:

  • Cancel Sessions: Cancel single classes and/or lessons outside of the 24-hour scheduling window

  • Check Sessions On Your Account: Check how many sessions are remaining on your packs

  • Update your credit card information

  • Review your purchases and billing history

What You Can’t Do from Your Account (Needs to Be Done on Our Website):
But you need to be logged into your account for the purchase or new scheduling to be reflected on your account

  • Purchase New Services: Buy new lesson and flex packs or group class programs.

  • Check Schedules: View the upcoming class and camp schedules for each location on the club’s location pages.

  • Schedule Single Sessions: Book single private lessons and/or group classes. Each club location has its own group class schedule and options for scheduling single or recurring sessions.

  • Private Lessons: View availability and schedule single private lessons with most coaches. For recurring private lessons, please complete a member request form.

What You Can’t Do from Your Account (Requires Submitting a Client Request Form):

Any recurring scheduling for private lessons or group classes must be done by submitting a client request form. This includes adding, removing or changing any recurring class or lesson schedules.

Trouble Shooting

Problems Logging into Your Account?

  • I Don't Know My Username: Your username is the email you used on the account. If you have forgotten your password, there is a button to reset it. 

  • I Forgot My Password: If you cannot remember your password, please just put in the email in which you first created your account and there is a button that says "Forgot My Password". You will then receive an email to reset your password.

  • I Know My Username and Password But It Is Not Letting Me Login? If you have 2 accounts under the same email address then it will block you from logging in to either account. Please let us know what email we can use for the 2nd account we will update it so you can access your accounts.
