Salt Lake City, UT (July 22, 2021) — Building on her fantastic season, Sabrina Fang started this one with a bang.

The seasoned foil fencer took 7th place in Cadet women’s saber to kick off her new season, and the July Challenge, on a great note.

Madison Duckett had a breakout performance in Junior Women’s Saber, reaching the top 32, edging out a much higher ranked fencer to get there, 15-14. Madison Four-Garcia reached the top 16, placing 13th.

In Junior Team, Men’s Foil, Team TMFC - Richard Lin, Nickolas Rusadze, Henry Zhang and Jason Zhao - missed moving on by one point, the match being 39-38 against Rennaissance Fencing Club.

It was an excellent first day of fencing. Congratulations.
