Suffern, NY (Feb 3-4 2024) — The TMFC foil fencers staked claims on several gold medals.
Iris Yang won gold for Junior Women’s Foil and earned her A24 rating. Jonah Lee also won gold in Junior Men’s Foil and his B24 rating. His brother Brendan Lee took silver in the event.
Leon Shapiro won silver in Cadet Men’s Foil, along with a C24 rating. Zizi Dai won silver in Cadet Women’s Foil. Teammate Amabel Wang won bronze and her C24 rating and Grace Feng won sixth place in the same event.
Bronze medals were won by Ella Calise for Junior Women’s Foil, Kai Toomre for Y-12 Men’s Foil and William Gerrish for Y-14 Men’s Foil.
