Valley Forge, PA (April 24-25, 2021) — Valley Forge proved to be a lucky location for the Tim Morehouse Fencing Club and its fencers.
At the Morris Cup RYC over the weekend, TMFC fencers earned medals in practically every event they participated in. Like the last tournament held in Valley Forge, the American Challenge, TMFC fencers were able to prevail in all three weapons.
Gold medals were earned by:
Iris Yang, Y-10 Women’s Foil;
Emilio Gonzalez, Y-12 Men’s Saber;
Jonah Lee, Y-12 Men’s Foil.
Silver medals winners include:
Nazir Primus, Y-12 Men’s Saber;
Brendan Lee, Y-12 Men’s Foil;
Gabriel McCarthy, Y-14 Men’s Saber.
Bronze medalists were:
Aster Oh, Y-10 Men’s Saber;
Iris Yang, Y-12 Women’s Foil.
Top eight medals were earned by:
Alexander Fadel 5th Y-10 Men’s Saber;
Luke Pavlenishvili, 5th, Y-12 Men’s Epée;
