Secaucus, NJ (May 29-31, 2021) — Competing for the first time in New Jersey this season, Tim Morehouse Fencing Club fencers earned a season-high amount of medals.
Covid restrictions allowed for only New Jersey-based fencers to compete in tournaments in New Jersey until last week. The Cobra Challenge SYC/RCC at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, NJ is the first competition to allow for the usual higher level of interstate competition.

Brendan and Jonah Lee dominated Y-12 men’s foil with silver and bronze medals respectively. Shaun Kim just missed the medal stand in Y-14 men’s saber, coming in ninth, as did Brynnley McKee in Y-12 women’s saber. However, Shaun Kim did earn his D21 rating in Cadet men’s saber.
