Rocky Point, NY (October 1-2, 2022) — It was a bronze-palooza for Tim Morehouse Fencing Club at the Mission RJCC.
The foil fencing Lee brothers kicked off the medal run, with Jonah Lee taking bronze in Cadet Men’s Foil. His brother Brendan Lee joined him on the medal stand at seventh place.
Ella Calise turned on the fire to earn bronze in Junior Women’s Foil. Teammate Eleanor Li took sixth place in the same event.
Not to be outdone, it was Eleanor Li’s turn for a bronze in Cadet Women’s Foil.
The final bronze win for the club came in Junior Men’s Saber where Seth Waxler not only earned the medal, but also an upgrade to a C22 rating. Enzo Bera also upgraded his rating to a D22 while earning an eighth place medal.
